Some said that this incident were cause by something happened recently with the famous wedding of the year...<br /><br />still, I thought that this is happened because of the global green house impact, where we can see that all over the world are being held with heavy rain such as Taiwan, u.s.a, India and many more...<br /><br />thing will get worst I think, but there is nothing to be afraid cause this might happened with some lesson beneath it.
